Charlotte homeowners don’t take home improvement decisions lightly, and neither do we. Every one of these Simpli Shaded reviews comes from a real customer who trusted us with their patio, deck, or porch — and every installation is backed by SunPro’s 10-year non-prorated warranty and our own installation standards.
From Ballantyne to Fort Mill, families choose Simpli Shaded because our team shows up on time, communicates clearly through every step of the install, and stands behind the work long after the trucks leave. Whether it’s a motorized retractable awning shading a summer cookout or a screened-in porch keeping bugs out on a fall evening, our customers keep coming back to tell their neighbors.

“I had a tough time trying to get a reputable Sunsetter Awning technician to my house until I called Ronald with Simpli Shaded. I called him on July 2,2026 and requested a price to replace my Sunsetter awning retractable arms which one of the two broke. I already had the arms on site.
He called me back on July 3,2026 and quoted me an affordable price for labor to replace and stated that he could start on July 6,2026. He called me Monday morning by 11:30 am and had already finished the replacement of both arms. I got home and the job was profitable completed and looked awesome.
He communicated clearly and promptly. He was very professional and polite with me over the phone. I could not have asked for a better job than this. I would strongly recommend Ronald for your awning needs. Thank you so much for your help Ronald. I finally have shade for my back patio now.”
